Our London space displays 24 floor models across living, bedroom, and office categories. Fabric swatch wall with 180+ samples. Dedicated meeting room for specifier presentations.

Nearest tube: Barbican or Old Street (5 min walk). Street parking limited — we recommend the NCP on Briset Street. Wheelchair accessible ground-floor entrance.

Delivery & Support

UK & Ireland

White-glove two-man delivery. Room-of-choice placement and packaging removal. Typical lead time from order: 4–8 weeks. London area: next-day for in-stock accessories.

Europe (EU/EFTA)

DDP delivery via our Lombardy warehouse. No import duties for EU recipients. Pallet or individual unit shipping depending on order size.

Frame warranty claims: support@papicoliving.com. Spare parts stocked for 10 years post-discontinuation. Response within 24 hours on business days.
